Project Description
Phase 1 will include 32 units of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The development will provide a neighborhood spirit. Site amenities will include an adjacent park area with playground equipment, gardens and landscaped areas as well as screened parking areas sensitive to neighborhood scope and use of materials. The campus is developed along a collector street offering bus transportation. The ‘green’ components of the buildings will include engineered lumber, flyash concrete, water-efficient landscaping, dimmable lighting, motion sensor switching, on-site recycle of construction materials, vented range and bath fans and recyclable carpets. Special care has been taken to provide all ground level units accessibility. Full accessibility will be provided to more than the required minimum, and the other ground level units will be designed to be easily adaptable with simple revisions to kitchens and toilets.

Project Description
A 2-story, new building of approximately 42,000 square feet, this facility houses 48 apartments with 1 for the on-site manager and 8 handicap accessible units. Also included are spaces for group activities and dining with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The building is a wood-framed structure with low maintenance exterior finishes of masonry, composite siding panels, wood clad windows and asphalt shingles.
