Project Description

Schutz Foss Architects has recently completed a major expansion and remodel project for Covenant United Methodist Church in Helena. The design challenges centered around the ap- propriate location and orientation of the new sanctuary addition. The existing sanctuary was converted to a fellowship hall adjacent to the new sanctuary and remodeled kitchen. The team analyzed options and subsequent impacts on the adjacent spaces. Circulation, site restrictions and options for re-use of the existing sanctuary influenced the approved plan.
