Project Description
This high tech radiation oncology center attached to the Campbell County Memorial Hospital is a single story addition. Features include an accelerator room with 7’-6” thick concrete walls and roof structure, simulator room, control area & computer support space.
Site and internal space planning/analysis was required to maintain site circulation, patient safety & efficiency of staffing.
The exterior finishes included a new entry canopy with precast concrete exterior wall structure to compliment the existing health care campus.

Project Description
Funded by money from the State Lands and Investment Board (SLIB) The new facility on 4-J Road in Gillette replaces an aging building that no longer meets the needs of the Public Health Dept. Quest and mandate to serve the needs of a growing county. The striking facade is a combination of steel and brick juxtaposed in an iconic composition, easily identifiable to the public and comfortable to visit.
Designers were in tune with the control of public circulation within the space and provided generous reception, waiting and childrens areas for the public.

Project Description
This two story medical facility, which houses an orthopedic clinic, an ambulatory surgery center, a physical therapy rehabilitation center and a sports medicine center. The functions include a large number of treatment and exam rooms, administration offices, x-ray and MRI, large rehabilitation work out areas and a pool. Exterior finishes include reflective metal panels, masonry, reflective color glazing and metal solar control devices.

The design not only brings together the myriad functions noted but also represents the partnership and vision of multiple owners in the state of art orthopedic care facility. The design recognizes the goals of both the public and private share holders. Strong relationships to the adjacent long term care facility, hospital, EMS and senior center influenced many design issues including site orientation and garage level access at both levels.
