Project Description

A 2-story, new building of approximately 42,000 square feet, this facility houses 48 apartments with 1 for the on-site manager and 8 handicap accessible units. Also included are spaces for group activities and dining with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The building is a wood-framed structure with low maintenance exterior finishes of masonry, composite siding panels, wood clad windows and asphalt shingles.

Campbell County Public Library Remodel

Project Description

The remodel of the Campbell County Public Library involved the complete redesign and reconfigiration if the children's reading area(right), the checkout desk (lower right), and the main community reading room(above). There is extensive reconfiguration and reallocation of spaces and circulation throughout the entire library to include the book stack areas.

Project Description

This community event center completed in 2008 has a seating capacity of up to 9,500 plus options to subdivide the floor area and mezzanine by large movable wall systems to accommodate up to 3 large events at once. “Flexibility in use of space” was a large component of the project scope. Even the Lobby/Entry area can be subdivided for smaller events. The building includes a large commercial kitchen for in-house events. The east end of the building includes a hockey/ice skating facility which can be dismantled for extra floor space when required. This project was completed through the Construction Management at Risk(CMAR) process.
