Prime Rib Restaurant
This project consisted of both interior and exterior remodel/addition. Construction was phased so the business could stay open while addition was built. The kitchen was later remodeled with limited down time.
Campbell County Courthouse
Prior to design of this expansion to the Campbell County Courthouse, Schutz Foss Architects used a space planning study including each department and included unallocated space for future growth needs.
Accessible Spaces Inc.
Great Falls, Montana
A 2-story, new building of approximately 42,000 square feet, this facility houses 48 apartments with 1 for the on-site manager and 8 handicap accessible units. Also included are spaces for group activities and dining with a full kitchen and laundry facilities.
Heart Mountain Interpretive Center
With the second Phase of work completed, this $5.5m interpretive learning center at the site
of a former internment camp now is ready for the final interior finish and installation of all
learning inter-active exhibits.
This community event center completed in 2008 has a seating capacity of up to 9,500 plus
options to subdivide the floor area and mezzanine by large movable wall systems to accommodate up to 3 large events at once. “Flexibility in use of space” was a large component of the project scope.
Campbell County Public Health
Funded by money from the State Lands and Investment Board (SLIB) The new facility on
4-J Road in Gillette replaces an aging building that no longer meets the needs of the Public
Health Dept. Quest and mandate to serve the needs of a growing county.
